I have some Presidential Resorts shares bought pre-IPO ages ago, they have now bout an airline Aruba. A law firm in the US claims to be taking care of a take over and they are offerring 8$ a share but you need to deposit 25% in Escrow. Comments anyone?

All the transactions where money moves in the wrong way are ones to be very careful with. In this case they will probably either find a reason to get your money or they will try to determine where the escrow will be and then take your money....
