Just came back from holidays and opened an invitation to a meeting of shareholders of EDHC. The meeting will take place today (July 16th 2007) at Las Vegas.
The meeting is going to authorize the new board to:
- acquire NavStar Technologies Inc. and to change the name of EDHC to NavStar
- arrange a 24:1 reverse split
Seems that an individual called Robert K. McBride has taken over the company. Wonder if this is the same man: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_K._McBride
EDHC has no financial statement. NavStar has and it seems legal (but a little desperate).
So maybe we now own a tiny amount of shares in a legal company. Only that the momentum of NavStar’s business may have passed away a couple of years ago.

Here we have NavStar’s fundraising vision dating back to 2004. In real life they were not able to make it happen as you can see from the ”Financials” section in Addendum A of the invitation letter.
”NavStar anticipates launching Voice Navigator in September 2004 with a positive cash flow in Q4 and 30,000 customers by year's end. The company also projects 2.7 million subscribers by 2008 with a net income of $ 62.9 million.”
