I had the pleasure of being contacted by Mr. Thomas Watson of Carnegie Advisors Ltd. offering his services in making money investing in the biotech industry.

Tokyo-based Carnegie Advisors Ltd. - intercepted in 1968 - "holds a leadership position across the spectrum of investment banking products - all designed to help our clients achieve their strategic objectives."

That is interesting given the fact that their domain carnegieadvisors.com was created 30-apr-2003 and it runs on a server in Tampa, Florida, USA.

Also interesting is that the Belgian Banking and finance commission has released a press release warning investors of Illegal offering of portfolio management services by Carnegie Advisors Ltd.

just got approached by Mr Michael roberts from Carnegie Advisors, they now changed name to Momentum consultants, and they want me to invest in a company named seroptix or seroptics.

Can you tell me how much he they were offering private placement shares for in March? I was offered them for $2 in August last year and was told they are now worth $8?
