Hi,
I just got a phonecall from Mr.Bill Berry at Alton Asset Management in New York. www.altonasset.com Do anyone know something about this company.? He want to buy my shares in EDHC for his client.He also want the certificate number/Registration code so he can cross-check my holdings with the relevant Federal bodies.Do I take any risk if I give him this kind of information?

Were they wanting to sell you some other stock in exchange? what company? or would they just buy your shares outright, for cash??
The latter would be preferable providing you are not required to put up any more cash in advance for some nonsence, unlegit fee!! Be careful with these people - I do not understand why anybody would offer anything at all for worthless, EDHC shares, so there must be some catch to it? Now if they are serious and able to offer you a good, safe transaction then be sure to let them know that you probably can get your hands on 20-30 000 more EDHC shares, and then contact us here at the forum!
Let us know how it comes out!
