Just came back from holidays and opened an invitation to a meeting of shareholders of EDHC. The meeting will take place today (July 16th 2007) at Las Vegas.
The meeting is going to authorize the new board to:
- acquire NavStar Technologies Inc. and to change the name of EDHC to NavStar
- arrange a 24:1 reverse split
Seems that an individual called Robert K. McBride has taken over the company. Wonder if this is the same man: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_K._McBride
EDHC has no financial statement. NavStar has and it seems legal (but a little desperate).
So maybe we now own a tiny amount of shares in a legal company. Only that the momentum of NavStar’s business may have passed away a couple of years ago.
